A community born on the trail

Trail Running Lab grew from a simple idea:
performance starts with consistency, and consistency grows stronger in a group.

We bring runners together through:

  • immersive events and training camps

The goal stays constant: progress together, on and off the trail.

Weekly Trail Runs

Every week, Trail Running Lab brings runners together for group trail runs in Annecy, Marseille, Nantes and Paris.

These runs are open to all levels and built around a simple idea: share the trail and progress together. Multiple pace groups allow everyone to run at their own rhythm, with a focus on consistency, connection and enjoyment.

More than runs: a real trail culture

Gear & nutrition testings

We regularly collaborate with trail and outdoor brands to organize:

  • shoe testings

  • hydration packs and equipment trials

  • nutrition strategy testing (gels, bars, fueling plans)

Everything happens in real trail conditions, during community runs or dedicated events.

A team built on shared adventure

The Speed Project β€” Chamonix to Marseille

Last summer, the Trail Running Lab team took part in The Speed Project, running 430 km in 36 hours, from Chamonix to Marseille, in relay, day and night.

This collective effort shaped the foundations of our community:

  • shared responsibility

  • trust between teammates

  • resilience under fatigue

  • joy in reaching a common goal

Trail Running Lab grows from this mindset.

Trail Camps β€” immersive experiences to go further

Trail Running Lab trail camps are immersive training experiences designed to step out of routine and accelerate progression.

Across the season, we organize focused trail camps and stages in mountain environments, combining:

  • structured trail training

  • terrain and elevation adaptation

  • recovery protocols (sauna, massage, mobility)

  • nutrition strategy and fueling practice

  • coaching and feedback led by Antoine ClΓ©ment

These camps bring together motivated runners who want to train with intention, recover properly and learn through experience.

From short mountain immersions to full-week stages, Trail Running Lab camps offer a unique balance between performance, recovery and community energy.
